Return / Exchange Policy Rules and Guidelines
If you would like to return or exchange a product that has any flaws or defects in workmanship please contact customer service via email at email@example.com.
- Items that have a manufacturers defect will be fully refunded and shipping will be reimbursed.
- No return will be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When you contact Jersey Basement to set up a return, a Return Authorization number will be provided for you. Jersey Basement will not be responsible for packages shipped without an RA #.
- Items that are not defective or flawed (and have not been worn, altered or laundered) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Also note, not all orders will be shipped from our business location. The appropriate address in which to return your order will be provided in the email along with the RA#. Any jersey or product shipped back to the incorrect location or without Return Authorization # may result in additional shipping charges, additional restocking fees, delays in issuing a re-credit or ultimately a total loss.
Submit your request for an RA # in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 business days of the date your order was shipped.
Include specifics of what your returning.
- First & last name of the person who placed the order and contact information (phone / email)
- Order number from Jersey Basement
- Product # or description of item(s) being returned (to help us assist you please include: sizes, colors, etc)
- Reason for Return
Allow four business days (M-F) to receive your RA# and return instructions. This will be sent to your email address on file unless otherwise stated.
Once you receive your RA # and instructions the return must be received back to the appropriate return address with 10 days.
- Ship package to the proper address provided in the Return Authorization email.
- Write Return Authorization number on the outside of the box directly below mailing address
- Packages may be returned by the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc…). We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking # for your return shipment. Jersey Basement will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment.
In an effort to expedite your return we do not exchange merchandise, they are rather handled as a return and a new order. This allows you to get the replacement order faster than doing a regular exchange. The fastest way to receive your new items is to place the re-order online via jerseybasement.com.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Once the order is shipped the return policy is in effect.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified. We do not ship in back order.
